Business Network (SW) Ltd (which means company name plc and their associated companies) is committed to protecting your privacy when you use our on-line, telephone or other services ("Services"). By using any of the sites within our web site network ("Web Sites") or our Services, you unconditionally agree to be bound by this Privacy Policy.

What data do we collect and how do we use it?

When you complete the enquiry form with your name, email, contact phone number, company name and website - these personal details are stored on our CRM system. These details are asked for to enable Business Network (SW) Ltd to email you invitations to the events.  Under General Data Protection Regulations 2016 (GDPR) this is legitimate interest as a legitimate interest has been identified

·  you, the individual have requested details for the events

·  the processing of your personal data is required to get the invitation details to you

·  it is balanced against your individual interests, rights and freedoms

·  the content of emails sent is specific (event invitations and dates)

·  you can opt out of these invitations at anytime using the link at the foot of every email.

Business Network (SW) Ltd collects and processes information about you in order to:

·  identify you each time you visit a Web Site or wish to have a Service provided;

·  process orders or applications submitted by you;

·  improve our Services and Web Sites

·  Customise your experience, for example, provide advertisements that we think are relevant to you and which support any specific requests for information you may make through keyword searches;

When someone visits this site we use a third party service, Google Analytics, to collect standard internet log information and details of visitor behaviour patterns. We do this to find out things such as the number of visitors to the various parts of the site. This information is only processed in a way which does not identify anyone. We do not make, and do not allow Google to make, any attempt to find out the identities of those visiting our website. If we do want to collect personally identifiable information through our website, we will be up front about this. We will make it clear when we collect personal information and will explain what we intend to do with it.

Log files/IP addresses

When you visit our Web Sites, we automatically log your IP address (the unique address which identifies your computer on the internet) which is automatically recognised by our web server. We use IP addresses to help us administer our Web Sites and to collect broad demographic information for aggregate use. We do not link IP addresses to personally identifiable information.

Non personal information
