An update

The last face to face event was back in February 2020 and then Zoom events were held until July this year.  This period has gavin me time to reflect on the last 14 years….

My first event as host was May 2007….and I can honestly say that I have enjoyed every event - the meeting and greeting, the business seminars, the coffees, the chat, the catching up, the new faces, the lunches (even those 3 course one’s), the 10 minutes, the banter and humour, the different venues, the raffles, the quizzes…..the Zoom events…..and most of all the way that conversations opened the way for opportunities to follow.  

There is a but…..

…….and the but is that looking ahead I have made the decision that I will no longer be hosting and organising networking events in Bristol. 

I would like to thank each and everyone for their support, encouragement, attendance, humour over the last 14 years, that’s 168 lunches in Bristol (96 in Exeter, 48 in Taunton and 12 in Plymouth) and many thousands of conversations.  I trust that every member, every visitor has benefitted in some small way from coming along, having the conversations, learning something new and having enjoyed a proper lunch!
